Debbie asks about Astral Projection

Dear Morgana,
Can you tell me if it is possible through Astral Projection to place yourself into another person's dreams? or contact them in a similar fashion? I am very interested in learning how to do this and I have read many many comments on boards about techniques but none seem to work for me. Do you have any suggestions?

In response to Debbie's question, I offer some practical advice about Astral Projection:

Dear Debbie,

Thank you for your question regarding Astral Projection. I am sorry that you are coming up against a difficulty. That having been said, the first time is always the hardest. I find that fasting throughout the day before an attempt in the evening, then a bath in salted water is indispensable, and total relaxation a must. Do you visualise your leaving your body through your head or feet? I find it simpler to visualise my feet as a pivotal point onto which I raise myself in an arch from the prone position. Try this. It feels more natural to me.

It may be that you are getting close to the point and then are seized by the panic that stops you freeing yourself totally. This is not uncommon. Overreach that barrier. Have a definite destination in your mind's eye, even if it is only the other side of your room. Do not try anything too ambitious. Astral projection is a great feat of will. It does not come easily, but once you have mastered it, it will bring you great pleasure and discoveries, and yes, you will get into the dreams of others, or so it will appear to them. Do persevere, please.
